Wildfire Education is an educational service that helps students on their path to success through online or homeschool classes. WE help families find a homeschool/online program that works best for them. Making the switch is a big change and we are here to offer support. WE also support families throughout the school year. WE also tackle as much of the teaching responsibility as you need us to. Students have the option to attend Wildfire Education for all their classes or for certain classes. There are also virtual options for families seeking help from further away.
We also offer tutoring, proofreading, study help, and career prep servies by appointment. In person and virtual options are available. Contact us to find out how we can help your student get the most out of their education.
Not a problem. Wildfire Education takes the role of supervising your student's education for you. We expect parents to still be a part of their student's education, but Wildfire takes the main workload off of the parents shoulders.
Send us an email at customerservice@wildfireedu.com. We will then contact you to set up a phone call or meeting to help us understand your student's needs. When you decide Wildfire is the way you want to go, we will help you get set up with the homeschooling program you chose and make the process of getting started as simple as possible.
We have a calendar that will be handed out to each student at their registration meeting. We do not observe all the holidays or half days a public school follows. There will still be Thanksgiving, Christmas and Spring Breaks. Each student's schedule may be a little different. Their grade/age, course load, and family preference determines how many hours a week a student spends with Wildfire.
2024-2025 Schedule (Days of Operation): Tentative
We help students become more organized and learn what they need to do in order to be more productive. However, students can schedule extra hours to come in or zoom to work on anything they need extra time on.
The benefit of Wildfire is students still have a teacher/advisor to help them stay on task. Students will need to have a planner to help them manage their time. We encourage students to schedule their week to help them know what they need to get done each day. The advisor/teacher will help them stay on track by being invested in each student's schedule and coursework. Student's will learn to plan ahead for whatever their week brings (ex: missing days).
We start with planning, budgeting, goal setting, and time management. Students will also learn money management, how to make major purchases (car, house), etiquette, leadership skills, how to get a job, and customer service. These are just a few from our list we want to share with our students. Students will be able to share what they are learning with their parents and even recieve advice from them on topics.
We expect our high school students to obtain a job or project related to what they want to do in the future. We will assist them in finding a job and maintain relations with businesses to ensure our students are getting the most out of their opportunities. Students will be able to apply the life skills they are learning to their job/project.
We do have services and plans available for all students K-12. Please contact us at customerservice@wildfireedu.com and we will set up a meeting with you to determine if Wildfire Education will fit your family's and student's needs. We serve students all the way from Preschool through even College.
